Ontario Place
Ontario Place is a huge recreation center located on Lake Ontario that is fun for the whole family. The complex houses theatres, a marina, the giant Molson Amphitheatre, restaurants, a nightclub, an Imax Theatre, a water park and rides. This is the perfect getaway from downtown Toronto for a day of fun!

The complex has numerous festivals and events on weekly, so be sure to check into this before you go to see what's on. The Molson Amphitheatre brings in many of the worlds biggest names in entertainment and music, and there are also numerous smaller stages that host events for children. During the summer months Ontario Place presents many festivals and concerts, so when you're in Toronto be sure to look into what's playing...who knows, maybe you'll be able to catch your favorite performer live!

On a hot summer day nothing can beat a day spent at Ontario Place's water park and thrill rides. Soak City has giant waterslides, including the Hydrofuge, where you can plunge down a tube on a sheet of water at speeds up to 50 kph! The Rush River Raft Ride is a great ride for the whole family, where everyone can pile into a round raft to drift down a huge "river" and into the pool below.

Ontario Place also contains some non-thrilling but fun-packed rides and activities. Take the Wilderness Adventure Ride through scenic forests and canyons, or lose yourself in one of the seven multi-level mazes. For an out-of-this-world experience, take a ride on the Mars Simulator Ride and be put on a mission to save the planet!

The Atlantis Pavilions is open year-round, and hosts various restaurants, a rooftop patio and a nightclub, all with a beautiful view of the Toronto Skyline.
